Job SummaryAs an Equipment Operator with the Texas State Government, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining a variety of heavy equipment, including backhoes, track hoes, bulldozers, and dump trucks. This role requires strong mechanical skills and the ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities

Operate and maintain heavy equipment, including backhoes, track hoes, bulldozers, and dump trucks
Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of equipment
Provide on-the-job training to lower-level personnel
Work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environmentRequirements
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
- Strong mechanical skills and knowledge of heavy equipment
- Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
