Job SummaryYou will have the ability to follow prescribed
procedures and practices, provide clerical support and/or
administrative duties including data collection and entry,
information/data analysis, document preparation, report generation,
request for information and/or records maintenance in compliance
with legal schedules. Essential Functions
- Assists with resolution of errors, exceptions, inconsistencies
and problems.
- Distributes information including mail/email, performs faxing,
mails documents, manages work orders in SAP, makes copies and scans
documents.
- Prepares and maintains various weekly, monthly and quarterly
operations reports.
- Establishes and maintains filing systems and monitors record
retention for schedule compliance.
- Opens, closes, retrieves and/or destroys files.
- Researches company archive files for project or archived
data.
- Analyzes information and processes/performs data
entry/documentation ,the budget and monthly variances,
expenditures, expense accounts, electronic invoicing.
- Receives, researches and responds to electronic, written, oral
or telephone requests for information, including multiple telephone
lines or email inboxes.
- Develops, prepares, generates, prints and/or distributes
reports.
- Creates file folders, correspondence and other documents.
- Create and maintain spreadsheets for tracking.
- Orders non-standard office supplies and maintains office
equipment.
- Tracks attendance, including work schedules, vacation, absences
and travel plans. Education Description
- Requires a high school diploma or GED. Experience
- Requires a minimum of six (6) years of administrative or office
