Job Description:
A company is looking for a Service Desk Technician II to provide
professional support and ensure client success.
Key Responsibilities
Provide support via phone, email, and chat for corporate
clients
Troubleshoot issues related to Microsoft Operating Systems and
Office products
Assist users with VPN connectivity and remote access problems
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in a call center or service desk
environment
Knowledge of Windows 7, 10, 11, and Office 365 support
Experience with user account management and ticketing systems
High School Diploma/GED; Associate Degree in a Technical Field
preferred
Familiarity with cloud support and end-user self-service tools
